I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Sheryl Morgan for nine years.  Sheryl is the kind of person to whom you feel an immediate warmth and affinity upon first introduction.  Not only is Sheryl a close friend, but I have been able to count on her for help on many occasions during our friendship, as well as helping me when I’ve needed her professional assistance.

Sheryl has worked for me in an administrative capacity over the years on an as-needed basis at the offices of the Tucson Osteopathic Medical Foundation.  Whether working with me, my staff or one of the doctors, she has always been friendly, professional, reliable and efficient.

I also depended on Sheryl when my elderly mother, who needed 24-hour care, came to live with me temporarily.  When I had to be at work, I hired Sheryl to care for my mother in my home.  Sheryl spent anywhere from 7 to 12 hours a day caring for my mother as if she was her own family.  She took my mom shopping, to lunch and to her doctors’ appointments.  She created a record book of all doctors’ notes, medical history and medications, took total charge of the many medications and medication refills my mother required, cooked for her, bathed her, personally colored, cut and styled her hair, gave her manicures and pedicures, and most importantly to my mother, she was a warm, loving and uplifting companion in my absence.  Sheryl also took care of my home as if it was her own when my mother took naps or was watching one of her favorite TV shows.  Her dependability and flexibility with hours left me guilt free to go to work each morning, have a full productive day the Foundation and return home to a happy mother and calm organization in my home each evening.

Now that Sheryl has returned to her native State of Maryland, I miss her very much on many levels, and know that she will bring organization and joy to all of the lucky new clients and friends in which she comes in contact.

I have worked with Sheryl Morgan over the last two years in my capacity as a foster/adoption coordinator for Arizona Greyhound Rescue.  She has been a wonderful volunteer, always willing to help out wherever she was needed.  She takes her commitments seriously and has consistently followed through with any job that she has agreed to do.  Sheryl has also fostered for our rescue several times.  This is a twenty-four hour, seven day a week undertaking that involves not only time but patience and kindness as greyhounds transition from kennel to home life.  She has not only been an exemplary volunteer but has shown much compassion and skill in working with not only our dogs but with other people within our organization as well.  I know that she will do well in all her future endeavors.

I had the pleasure of being referred to Sheryl Morgan in 2003 by one of my close friends for whom she had done office organizing and administrative services.  Sheryl and I became instant friends.  She became very helpful to me several times a week in my consulting business.  She helped with getting my bills paid on time, organizing my files, and even helped me in my home environment.

Sheryl is very versatile in her abilities and skills to move from doing my office work to organizing and helping me redecorate my home.  She is an expert in painting and painted several of my rooms.  Whatever needed to be done in a given week, Sheryl was ready and capable.

When I found I had to move my business to another stated to be with my elderly father, I hired Sheryl to work with me to pack my home and office for the moving company.  She kept a perfect record of what was in each box, so that when the movers arrived at my new destination, I was able to find everything I needed in the shortest amount of time.  I miss having her help in my new location.

Sheryl and I continue to share our friendship over the miles and I am happy to give her Morganization Plus business my highest recommendation.

Sheryl Morgan worked for me for almost 10 years in a variety of capacities.  She organized the office, paid bills, took care of postal needs, balanced monthly bank accounts (both personal and business), answered letters, received and fulfilled product orders and took care of many other personal and professional needs, including looking after my dog when I was out of town.

Sheryl Morgan has worked as the caregiver for my 93 year old father in law for a little over a year.  She is a professional and compassionate in her care for an elderly person.  She is extremely efficient and very reliable:  making notes of medications taken; food and drink intake; and the time of day each occurred.  She bathed and groomed a patient who was very difficult at times.

Sheryl’s word is her bond, and my husband and I felt very comfortable leaving a sometimes demented patient in her care.

On one occasion I asked if Sheryl would organize part of my office, and with just a vague outline of what was needed, I came back to an office organized.  It was wonderful.

In her role, Ms. Morgan had power of attorney over my sister’s account, paid her monthly bills and sent me an accounting, managed other paperwork, cleaned and systematically cleared her condominium of clutter (dramatically improving her living environment), supported her in dealing with various day to day problems, and intervened in emergencies (responded when my sister had a car accident and alerted me when she required hospitalization).  At all times, Ms. Morgan was professional, kind and caring.  Her move was a great loss to my sister and to our family who had come to rely upon her help.

Sheryl Morgan is the best assistant I have had the pleasure of working with during my long career.  She helped me enormously during a transition time when I moved from Washington, DC to Seattle.  She had power of attorney on my bank accounts, which enabled her to write and deposit checks.  She sent monthly ledgers, copies of check stubs, etc.  She did errands for me, helped me pack, and generally pitched in whenever needed.  She forwarded mail to me and even introduced me to her relatives in Seattle so that I would feel more welcome here.

I wish that Sheryl were in Seattle, because if she was, I would hire her in a minute.  She is cheerful, accurate, reliable, has good public relations skills, and wisdom as well as intelligence.  I recommend her wholeheartedly.  I am sure that she will succeed in her new business, Morganization.

To say I am happy with the work Sheryl Morgan has done for and with me over the last month is an understatement.   I breed Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers and cats, and the animals had “taken over”.  I called Sheryl and she came over, pulled up her sleeves and dug in.  She helped me clean out, clean up, reorganize several rooms in my home so they could be better utilized, helped with the animals as needed and did anything that was necessary to help me get organized in my home and in my breeding business.
